# Asset needs — data-viz

---

## Images

### 1. Miro Spotlight rating board (Chapter 01)
- **What it is:** The rating board from the studio Spotlight — grid of individual pairwise matrix frames, one per studio member, most stamped DONE.
- **Where it lives:** `data-viz-miro-spotlight.png` in the site repo's public/images folder. Already cleared for use.
- **Why the rewrite needs it:** Chapter 01 describes the 25-person rating exercise. The Miro board with its grid of DONE stamps makes the scale and the rigor of the exercise visible before Round 01 begins.
- **Fallback:** Already available — use as-is.

### 2. Round 1 bubble chart (Chapter 02)
- **What it is:** The "crummy" first-round bubble chart from Google Sheets, with the CR2 bubble hidden behind another bubble.
- **Where it lives:** `data-viz-bubble-v1.png` in the site repo's public/images folder. Already in the live case.
- **Why the rewrite needs it:** Chapter 02 describes the "bubble hidden behind another bubble" moment — the visual is the punchline. The caption from the original case ("Can you see the dark blue CR2 bubble? Can you??") should carry over.
- **Fallback:** Already available — use as-is.

### 3. Round 2 output: interactive site or bubble chart (Chapter 03)
- **What it is:** Either a screenshot of the deployed interactive site at `https://pain-points.whitney-masulis.workers.dev` or the clean round-2 interactive bubble chart embedded directly.
- **Where it lives:** Live URL above; `data-viz-bubble-v2.png` if a static screenshot of the clean chart was captured. The `<DataVizBubbleChart>` component in the live MDX renders the interactive version.
- **Why the rewrite needs it:** Chapter 03 needs a visual that shows what the agent-built deliverable actually looked like — the contrast with the round-1 bubble chart is the visual argument.
- **Fallback:** A screenshot of the deployed site's landing view (the bubble plot + critical-7 section visible). Or use `bubble-v2.png` from `raw-case-material/agetech/` if it's actually the data-viz output (confirm the filename).

## Pull quotes

### "Audience is leadership. Use whatever charts and structure best answer those questions..." (Chapter 03)
- **Attribution:** Whitney Masulis, brief to Claude Code. Already in the live case as a `<PullQuote attribution="from my brief to Claude Code">`. Keep this attribution.

### "I did not write the HTML. I wrote the brief, made the synthesis judgments..." (Chapter 04)
- **Attribution:** In the live case this is attributed to "What this case is actually about" — a section label, not a person. In the rewrite it closes Chapter 04 as Whitney's own voice. Attribute as Whitney Masulis or leave unattributed.

## What Whitney needs to confirm

1. **Deployed site availability.** Is `https://pain-points.whitney-masulis.workers.dev` still live? If the site has been taken down or the URL has changed, update the scaling section reference and the asset-needs item.

2. **Round 2 bubble chart static asset.** Is there a static screenshot of the clean round-2 interactive bubble chart (not the component embed)? A static image that contrasts visually with `data-viz-bubble-v1.png` is the most reliable cross-platform visual for the rewrite preview.

3. **Harmonic colleague credit.** The upstream synthesis was done "with a colleague." Should this person be named in the metadata strip or the argument paragraph? The content strategy recommends crediting collaborators where the case wouldn't have happened without them.

4. **Studio Spotlight quote.** Is there a recording or transcript of the studio Spotlight in which Whitney demonstrated the two-round comparison? A single colleague reaction quote would be the case's missing "moment the reframe landed" beat — currently the case is told entirely from Whitney's POV.
