# Asset needs — medical

## Images

### 1. Off-stage roles template (Chapter 01)
- **What it is:** The four-column session role matrix — facilitator / Miro note-taker / note-taker, with task detail in each cell. Already exists as `medical-offstage-roles.png` in the site repo.
- **Where it lives:** `/public/images/medical-offstage-roles.png` in `whitneyesque.github.io`.
- **Why the rewrite needs it:** Chapter 01 makes the case that Whitney built the operational infrastructure so every session started from the same baseline. This image is the evidence.
- **Fallback:** Already available — use as-is.

### 2. HME respiratory therapist experience map (Chapter 04)
- **What it is:** The full "I Enable - I Care" experience map for the home medical equipment respiratory therapist archetype.
- **Where it likely exists:** `medical-hmp-exp-map.png` in the site repo's public/images folder. Also referenced as `HMP Exp Map-image.pdf` in `raw-case-material/medical/`.
- **Why the rewrite needs it:** Chapter 04 describes both provider archetypes; the maps need to be visible here for the structural-gap finding to land. This is the first of the two maps.
- **Fallback:** A blurred/cropped version of the full map that shows the structural vocabulary (emotional curve + channel rows) without readable detail. Must pair visually with the sleep specialist map.

### 3. Sleep specialist experience map (Chapter 04)
- **What it is:** The full "I Enable - I Care" experience map for the board-certified sleep specialist archetype.
- **Where it likely exists:** `medical-ss-exp-map.png` in the site repo's public/images folder. Also referenced as `SS Exp Map-image.pdf` in `raw-case-material/medical/`.
- **Why the rewrite needs it:** The paired maps (HME + sleep specialist, same visual vocabulary) are the visual proof that the research exposed a structural gap rather than just two separate experiences. Both maps must appear together.
- **Fallback:** Same as HME map — blurred/cropped version that shows the shared vocabulary without sensitive detail.

### 4. "Physicians are boxed in" diagram (Chapter 03)
- **What it is:** A clean four-quadrant diagram: physician at center, four constraint quadrants (Time / Technology / Insurance / Management), each with a one-line specific.
- **Where it likely exists:** The existing MDX references a Placeholder asking for "a clean redrawn version" of a diagram from the insights deck. The rough version is likely in the insights deck or in `raw-case-material/medical/Opportunity workshop Session Deck.pdf` or `Opportunity-Provider-Journey-Workshop-Recap.pdf`.
- **Why the rewrite needs it:** Chapter 03 describes the "boxed in" finding as one of the design implications. The diagram makes the four pressures legible at a glance and breaks the text-heavy synthesis chapter.
- **Fallback:** Skip the diagram and use a pull-quote from one of the physician interviews about the boxing-in feeling instead. The "artist forced to paint by numbers" framing from the existing case is strong enough to carry the section without a visual if the diagram can't be redrawn.

## Pull quotes

### "They look at the equipment provider as my extension" (Chapter 04)
- **Attribution:** Board-certified sleep specialist — already in the live MDX. Confirm it's from the interview transcripts (`All SP Transcripts.docx` in raw-case-material) and that the anonymized attribution is sufficient.

### "After a long week of convincing people that it will be okay, your social meter is just a little gone" (Chapter 04 — optional)
- **Attribution:** Home medical equipment respiratory therapist — already in the live MDX. This quote illustrates the emotional labor finding; use as a pull-quote if the HME archetype section needs a beat. Currently in the draft as inline quote only.

## What Whitney needs to confirm

1. **Workshop design moves:** The case currently doesn't name what Whitney specifically designed in the two-day opportunity workshop. Two concrete moves she owned (specific activities, facilitation structures, or design decisions) are needed before the case can be published without the critic's flag.

2. **Sub-journey maps:** Are any of the sub-journey maps (prescription, setup/fitting, ongoing adherence, troubleshooting, insurance handoff) available or in progress? The Placeholder in the existing case requested them; the rewrite would absorb them into Chapter 04 as additional evidence for the structural-gap finding.

3. **Anonymization confirmation:** Confirm that "a global leader in connected health and medical devices" is the correct and agreed anonymization level for this client. If the company name is usable publicly (e.g., the case is in Harmonic's public portfolio), update to Tier A.

4. **Four-lens workshop photo:** The four-lens prioritization board photo (`medical-four-lens-prioritization.png`) is in the live MDX. Is it cleared for use in the rewrite preview? Placement: scaling section, showing the workshop output that became the five opportunity themes.
